The annual subscription for this software is set at $1,620, with an initial installation and consultation cost of $25,392.

Additionally, the board discussed the procurement of internet networking equipment for Springfield High School, which is part of a larger construction project. Utilizing E-Rate pricing, the district will cover 15% of the total cost, amounting to $164,228, but will only need to pay $92,475 after reimbursement. This approach mirrors previous upgrades made at Lanfear High School.

The board unanimously approved the consent agenda, which included these technology purchases. Discussions also touched on the need for similar upgrades at other high schools, with assurances that previous remodels had been completed at Southeast High School.

In personnel matters, the board adopted recommendations for staffing changes and approved the budget for fiscal year 2025, which anticipates a $21 million deficit. Board members expressed concerns about the deficit but looked forward to future financial planning.
