Additionally, Kathy Sterling, a board member from the Holly Hill Farm subdivision, voiced opposition to a proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) in their area. She argued that the plan does not align with the public health, safety, and welfare standards outlined in the city zoning ordinance. Sterling urged the committee to recommend denial of the PUD to the city council, citing specific concerns that had been discussed within the community.
