Randy Brett, a resident of the Woods Subdivision, expressed frustration over repeated flooding events linked to hurricanes Ian and Nicole, as well as previous storms. He emphasized the inadequacy of temporary fixes and called for a permanent solution, specifically urging officials to raise a dam by two to three feet to prevent water from Rose Bay from inundating their homes.
