The environmental planner presented details about the wetland's classification and the proposed construction of a driveway through the wetland to access a single-family residence. The plan included measures to mitigate environmental impact, such as purchasing mitigation credits and restoring preserved wetland areas.

The board expressed concerns regarding the hydrological impact of the proposed culvert within the driveway. Staff assured that the design would maintain necessary water flow, and further assessments would be conducted to confirm this.
