As the first half progressed, Hillcrest showcased their offensive strength, scoring two additional touchdowns to extend their lead. The atmosphere was charged under the lights, with fans eagerly anticipating the halftime show featuring performances from the award-winning Hillcrest cheer team and drill team, as well as the Big Green Band.
The cheer team, led by senior captains, performed a Halloween-themed routine, while the drill team dazzled the crowd with their hip-hop performance. The halftime festivities also included recognition of senior members from each group, highlighting their contributions to the school’s spirit and pride.
