Residents from three neighborhoods—Addison Pond, Trinity Creek, and 12 Oaks—have petitioned to be reassigned to Fulton Grove. Officials emphasized that the primary goal of opening the new high school was to alleviate pressure on Apex Friendship, and the proposed attendance area for Fulton Grove was strategically chosen based on geographic and enrollment considerations.
