In a recent government meeting, the city of Katy celebrated the achievements of the Arissoy Classical Academy, which secured the prestigious 2023-2024 Texas Cup and the Texas Charter School Academic and Athletic League (TCSAA) flag football state championship. Mayor Pro Tem Chris Harris and Council Member Roy Robertson, who requested the agenda item, expressed their gratitude to the team, coaches, and fans for their dedication and success.

This proposal aims to facilitate the church's operations within designated commercial districts.
