Paul Froslow echoed Brown's sentiments, suggesting that while five minutes may sometimes be adequate, it should be the minimum to ensure meaningful dialogue. Froslow further addressed the need for improvements at Morris Park, advocating for the construction of state-of-the-art sports facilities to revitalize the area and encourage community engagement. He reminisced about past redevelopment plans that could have transformed West Haven, expressing disappointment that many proposals were never realized due to political interference.
